Thanks a lot - tack ska ni ha !!!

The reason for this blog entry is a very special one and that’s why I’m writing in English today. Last night Steffi & I were invited to have dinner with Jan & Mike at their place in Rackarberget. We have never been at their place before and they took it as a reason to have us over.
What can I say, I have to admit that I was lost for words :) . The weather was really nice so that we could sit outside in the backyard and then the guys dished up. First we had some salad, then a vegetarian pasta dish aaaaaaand last but not least an awesome desert. Here are the pictures:

THANK YOU SO MUCH, GUYS !! It was a pleasure and a honor for us to spend the evening with you; we’ll keep it in mind. I’ll definitely miss evenings like this when I’ll be back in Germany...
Mike, it would be fantastic if you could come to Germany next spring and I promise I’ll make Spätzle and Donauwelle for you :) . Jan, I’m totally convinced now - you really know how to cook!

Der Grund für diesen Blogeintrag ist ein besonderer und dehalb habe ich auch in Englisch geschrieben. Gestern waren Steffi & ich bei Mike & Jan in Rackarberget (ihrem Wohnheim) zum Essen eingeladen. Wir hatten sie dort noch nie zuvor besucht, was somit ein guter Grund für eine Einladung war :). Das Wetter spielte zum Glück mit und so konnten wir das Candle-Light-Dinner im Garten zu uns nehmen.
Was kann ich sagen, ja ich war und bin wirklich sprachlos. Die Jungs haben sich wirklich alle erdenkliche Mühe gegeben. Zuerst gab es Salat, dann eine vegetarische Pasta uuuuund zum Nachtisch Kaffee und Schokokuchen *leckerlecker*. Die Bilder seht ihr im oberen Teil.
Es war uns wirklich eine Freude, den Abend mit den Jungs zu verbringen und dieser Abend wird uns sicher noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben und solche Abende werde ich vermissen, wenn ich zurück in Deutschland bin...
Mike, es wäre wirklich fantastisch, wenn du im Frühling nach Deutschland kommen könntest und ich verspreche Spätzle & Donauwelle für dich zu machen :) ! Und Jan, du hast mich überzeut - du weißt wirklich wie man kocht!
